Well-struck shots really held their line and mis-hits were only mildly punished. I got good height and distance overall. What was really noticeable was the sensation of mis-hits. That can be a good thing because it focuses your attention on how to hit better shots.

Fortunately, most of my shots were the dreaded straight ball.
